We kindly remind you that our policy allows for replacement or refund requests up to 30 days after your purchase. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that by placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

We do not accept returns at this time; instead, we offer replacements. If your item is defective, there is no need to return it. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Due to the made to order nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or full refunds unless the item you receive has a significant issue. An item qualifies as having a major problem if it is:

• Damaged due to an error by our weaving partner or the carrier;
• Significantly different from its description;
• Not the item you ordered.

For any other situations not listed above, we offer a partial refund.
